Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address modifications are available within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact our customer service team with your order number as soon as possible to request an update. Once your order enters our processing stage after the 24-hour window, we are unable to adjust the shipping address.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We support returns and exchanges for eligible jewelry items.
All requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days upon receipt of your package.
Items must stay unused, intact, with original packaging, tags and protective cases attached.
Custom engraved, personalized and clearance goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To start a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service with your order number for return authorization instructions.

How long will shipping take?

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days once your package leaves our warehouse. Shipping times may be slightly extended during peak holiday seasons.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $79. Orders below $79 will be charged a flat standard shipping fee at checkout.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

There is no mandatory account registration. You are free to complete your purchase as a guest checkout user.Creating an account brings you extra convenience: your shipping and billing information will be saved for all future orders. You may register at any time, or set up your personal account on the cart page before payment.

How do I /create an account?

Click the "Login/Register" button on the header, then select "Create An Account". Fill out your email, password and personal details to finish registration.

How do I order?

Browse our jewelry collections, add your favorite pieces to the shopping cart. When ready, head to the cart page, confirm your items, then proceed to checkout to submit your order.

How do I pay for my orders?

We support mainstream payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and digital wallets. All transactions are encrypted to protect your financial information.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Once our warehouse starts processing your parcel, changes or cancellation will no longer be available. Contact customer support immediately if adjustments are needed.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Enter your valid discount code in the designated promo box on the checkout page, then click "Apply" to activate the corresponding discount before finalizing payment.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

A confirmation email with your order number, item list and shipping details will be sent to your registered email address right after successful payment. You can also track your order status via "My Account".

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

Please clear your browser cache or switch to another browser/mobile device to retry. If the issue persists, reach out to our customer service with screenshots of the error for further assistance.
