This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through Hot Dogss’s official US website. We fulfill all customer orders and ship to domestic US addresses via our partnered logistics carriers.
Below is a full breakdown of shipping rates, delivery options, processing timelines and official terms to deliver transparent shopping for our men’s jewelry collection, including necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings, earrings and engraved accessories.

1. Shipping Fees & Eligibility

All shipping charges are calculated based on your pre-tax order subtotal and selected delivery speed.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Complimentary standard delivery for all US domestic orders totaling $79 or more (before tax).
  • Standard Flat Rate: A fixed $9.99 shipping fee applies to all orders under $79 (before tax).
  • Expedited Flat Rate: Fixed $19.99 expedited shipping for faster delivery, available for all order amounts.
Important Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once your package has dispatched from our warehouse. This rule holds for returns, post-shipment cancellations, or delivery delays.

2. Order Processing Time

Processing windows exclude weekends, US federal public holidays, and global holiday shutdown periods.
  • Non-Custom Jewelry Items: All standard in-stock pieces will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after full payment confirmation.
  • Custom Engraved / Personalized Jewelry: Custom orders require 5–7 business days for production and quality inspection before shipment.
We will send an automated email alert if your order processing is delayed beyond our standard timeline.

3. Delivery Options & Estimated Timelines

Two shipping tiers are available for all US domestic orders; all stated delivery windows are estimated and not guaranteed.

Standard Shipping

Estimated transit time: 6–12 business days after warehouse dispatch

Expedited Shipping

Estimated transit time: 3–8 business days after warehouse dispatch
Delivery hold-ups may occur due to extreme weather, holiday shopping peaks, regional courier backlogs, or unforeseen logistics disruptions. We will notify all customers via email in the event of major shipment delays.

4. Shipping Address Edits & Modification Rules

Please verify all shipping details thoroughly at checkout; inaccurate address information will lead to delivery delays or failed shipments.
  • Address updates are only permitted while your order is still processing, prior to warehouse dispatch.
  • To request an address change, email support@hotdogss.com immediately with your full order number and corrected delivery information.
  • No address adjustments can be made once your package has left our warehouse.
  • If your shipment is returned due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for all re-delivery shipping costs.
  • A $17.50 address modification surcharge may apply to pre-shipment address updates, subject to our courier’s terms.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a dedicated Shipping Confirmation email containing:
  • Unique package tracking number
  • Direct courier tracking link to monitor your shipment
You can also view live tracking data anytime by logging into your Hot Dogss account.

We will email you promptly to notify you of any logistics issues, such as packages stuck in transit for 5+ business days or delivery exceptions.

6. Risk Transfer & Shipping Insurance

Ownership risk of loss, theft, or product damage transfers to the buyer the moment our courier takes possession of your package.
  • Insured Shipments: Our team will assist you with full insurance claims for lost, stolen or damaged jewelry parcels.
  • Uninsured Shipments: Maximum compensation is limited to the courier’s standard liability cap of $100 per package.
We highly recommend adding shipping insurance to all high-value orders, including gemstone jewelry, custom engraved rings, and solid metal pendants.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Any package marked undeliverable (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, customer delivery refusal) will be sent back to our returns warehouse. Upon receiving the returned parcel, you have two options:
  1. Pay the full applicable shipping cost to reship your items to an updated valid address;
  2. Request a partial refund, minus the original shipping charges and a 45% restocking fee for returned merchandise.
All unclaimed returned packages with no customer response within 30 calendar days will be classified as abandoned goods, and no refund will be issued.
